When detoxing?  

I was advised by peers; friends who does  home ‘detoxing‘ or does body cleansing at home that certain foods need to be avoided during the detox program for best results.

These are the items of  Foods to avoid during

Your Detox: (Friends say)

  1. Red meat, chicken, turkey meat
  2. Other meat products like sausages, pate and burgers
  3. Milk, cream, eggs and cheese
  4. Butter and margarine
  5. Salted nuts
  6. Chocolates, jams, candies and sugar
  7. Alcohol
  8. Coffee / tea
  9. Salt
  10. Any Carbonated drinks; any salad dressings
  11. All processed foods
  12. Any food with wheat such as bread, cakes, pies and etcs.

I was not really happy to read the above listed items.
I love chocolates and every chance, I do bite some Hershey’s
and ‘Lindt with Raisins, Almonds and Hazelnuts.’
Thanks for my Loving Hub who buys these
two types that I really love when need arises’. LOL!
My friends’ say:
Detoxing helps unload unwanted calories
from our body systems.
Results make them feel good and happy.
When you are happy-you can be ‘healthy‘.
