- Red meat, chicken, turkey meat
- Other meat products like sausages, pate and burgers
- Milk, cream, eggs and cheese
- Butter and margarine
- Salted nuts
- Chocolates, jams, candies and sugar
- Coffee / tea
- Any Carbonated drinks; any salad dressings
- All processed foods
- Any food with wheat such as bread, cakes, pies and etcs.
