How to make mango shake
Cut into pieces some ripened fresh mango and put it in the blender.
Add a scoop-full of shredded ice ,
a small scoop of low fat Greek yogurt and
a little splash of milk or water.
add a bit of honey for sweet the tooth (optional)
And if you don’t like mangoes, pineapple or do with strawberries in winter and watermelons in summer
