Bittersweet Chocolate & nuts cookies No Bake
1 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup almonds flakes (lightly toasted)
1/4 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
In a saucepan, melt until smooth the almond butter and coconut oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Remove from the stove, quickly stir in the chocolate chips, add in honey and vanilla until well-combined.
Add cocoa powder and nuts: almonds; macadamia and mix to incorporate every ingredients.
Scoop by spoonfuls on a parchment-lined baking sheets.
Refrigerate cookies until firm.
Serve with green tea or passion fruit juice 🙂
