Quick , Tasty & Easy Homemade Ice-cream
The Mango Ice-Cream
- ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2½ cups mango (fresh, diced)
Quick & Easy Preparations
!!! Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth. You can eat as is, or freeze overnight.
The Strawberry Ice-Cream
! 1 cup fresh coconut milk or a box/can of coconut milk
! 1 tablespoon Canadian maple syrup
! 2 cups fresh and sweet strawberries (frozen)
Quick & Easy preparations
- Fridge overnight the coconut milk. The following day, remove any excess water from the cream.
- Put the cream into your food processor add the maple syrup and strawberries.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth.
- Serve immediately or freeze overnight or at least 4 to 5 hours.
