Spaghetti Carbonara made easy

 

Ingredients 1 for option 1

! 1 bottle or can of carbonara Mushroom

!! 1 pack of Spaghetti 500g

!!! Some sprigs of Romanian Lettuce

 

Ingredients 2 for option 2

1 pound spaghetti pasta

1 cup grated Parmesan  cheese

2 pips garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon extra virgin coconut oil or unsalted butter or olive oil

1/2 pound  homemade sliced beef balls,

Fresh mushrooms

3  large whole eggs

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon of black pepper powder

2 / 3 prigs of Parsley

3 Red spicy chilies (optional)

 

Preparations

Option 1

Step 1. Saute the carbonara mushroom with a bit of oil and a clove mashed garlic for fragrance, set aside

Step 2. Boil the spaghetti with enough water until cooked or soft with a pinch of salt, drain excess water

** Combine step 1 and 2. Mix until flavor is incorporated.

** Serve with lettuce and a fried chicken dish (optional)

Option 2

! In a small bowl beat the eggs and mix half amount of the cheese, set aside

! Saute garlic gloves, mushrooms and beef balls and spice with black pepper (sliced thinly), set aside

* In a large pot,  pour  about 2 liters of water and a teaspoon of salt and let the water boil then

* Add the pasta, let boil until to it is cooked.  Pasta should be soft but a little bit firm.

Stir pasta when cooking to prevent from burning. Add some more water  in case pasta need more boiling.

! When the pasta is cooked —

* Quickly, move the pasta from the pot to a big bowl and add ( ! ) the beaten eggs and minced garlic while the pasta is very hot.  It’s the heat of the pasta that heat up the eggs and create a creamy sauce.

! Add sauteed sliced beef balls and combine evenly with the pasta, add a pinch of salt to taste

! Sprinkle some red cut chillies (optional) and spread shredded parsley over the spaghetti carbonara

! Serve a separate grated Parmesan cheese  for extra cheesy flavor

! Enjoy
