Recipe: The Homemade Immune Booster Enhancer
I am a no-income stay home housewife with a live-in-door 9 cats and one way of taking care of my health is from preparations of hands on affordable and cheap natural products from the local fresh market.
I am happy to share this common recipe which helped me in many ways from cold & flu, knee pains and from mosquito bites or dengue attacks.
This ‘Homemade Mixture’ is simple and easy to prepare and helps enhance a balanced immune system. Drink when you feel your energy is low or when you feel unusual tiredness.

The Recipe: Homemade Immune Booster Enhancer
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup pure organic honey
9 big size garlic cloves
1 medium size onion (white/Red)
½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs)
An inch long of fresh mooli (white)
Peel the mooli, onions and garlic.
Smash the garlic cloves and dice onions and mooli.
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend to its smooth liquid form, sieve and put in a jar this filtered mixture.
Take one / two tablespoons a day before or after meal (your reference) alternately after two weeks
Keep in the fridge the remaining mixture for at least 5 days.
Drink more water during the day when you take this mixture.
